What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Data you enter yourself: names, email address, phone number, address of the property to be cleaned, details of the booked service, reviews and messages you send us.
- Payment data: when you pay by card, the card details are entered directly into the secure form of our payment provider Braintree. Domestina never sees or stores your full card number.

- Data from Google or Facebook when you choose to sign in with them, described in the next section.
Signing in with Google or Facebook
You can create an account or sign in with your Google or Facebook account. In that case we ask only for basic profile information and your email address. From Google we receive your Google account identifier, your name and your email address. From Facebook we receive your Facebook identifier, your name and your email address. We do not request access to your contacts, calendar, files, photos or any other data, and we do not store your profile picture.
We use this data solely to create your Domestina account, to sign you in on your next visits and to pre-fill your name and email address in bookings. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
The data is stored in the Domestina database together with the rest of your account and is protected and kept for the same period as any other account data.
We do not share the data received from Google or Facebook with third parties, except with the service providers listed in the section "Who we share data with", and only to the extent needed to operate the platform.
You can disconnect Domestina from your Google account at any time from the Google account permissions page, and from your Facebook account in the Facebook settings under "Apps and websites". Deleting your Domestina account also deletes the data we received from Google or Facebook.
Domestina's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Why we use your data
We process your personal data on the following grounds:

- For our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and abuse, keeping the platform secure, controlling the quality of the services and improving the website.
- With your consent: sending you marketing emails and using non-essential cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
